SPRING PICTURE DAYS ARE WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY, APRIL 22 & 23, 2026

Hello Kindercare Parents!

I am excited to be your picture day photographer!

Customer service is something in which I take great pride. It is the foundation of my business whether for a custom portrait client or a preschool.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS April 21st

We do not automatically photograph everyone.

Click "Register Now" below to submit a registration form!

We do not photograph all kids. You must register ahead or we won't know to take your child(ren)'s picture! Siblings welcome! If you’d like your children photographed together, be sure to indicate that on the form.

Remember, only children with registration forms submitted ahead will be photographed.

ON PICTURE DAY

Send your child in camera-ready. No need for “cheese” here. We’ll do our best at getting natural smiles :)

WHEN WILL I SEE THE PICTURES?

Within 3 weeks after picture day.

HOW WILL I SEE THE PICTURES?

You’ll receive a password protected gallery for each child to the email address you provided on your online permission form.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Order right from your online gallery! No paper order forms needed!

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD?

You'll receive separate galleries for each child, but details will be provided on how to view all your children's images at once.

HOW DO I GET THE BEST PRICING?

Order Before the Deadline:

Orders placed by the deadline indicated when your gallery link is emailed receive best pricing due to batch ordering and will be delivered to the school approximately 3 weeks after that deadline.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DEADLINE

Orders received after the deadline will have individual order pricing and will be shipped to your home with a $7.00 shipping fee.

TIPS FOR PICTURE DAY

Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep

Choose a comfortable, low maintenance outfit

Avoid short mini skirts, at this age, it's hard to keep them properly placed

Don't over-practice smiles, save the "cheese" for crackers :)

Embrace imperfections, they capture your child at this age

HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All orders received by the deadline will be delivered to the school within 3 to 4 weeks after.

After the deadline, they are shipped directly to you for a fee.

CHECKING EMAILS ONCE PICTURE DAYS START IS NOT GUARANTEED

If you forgot to register your child ahead, you can do so, but please be sure to let the staff know when you drop your child off to tell the photographer so we don't miss photographing them!

IMAGE RELEASE

We may use your child's photograph as sample work. Let us know within a week after picture day if you prefer we do not.

No notice will be understood as permission.
